St Ives Island Rum is crafted in the heart of St Ives. This rum-based coffee liqueur starts life as their premium-grade white rum, before being raw-infused with 100% handmade cold brew coffee. More than that, the coffee itself is roasted in St Ives, with the help of Foundation Coffee Roasters. Due to the use of real coffee, some sediment may occur naturally in the bottle. Espresso Martini’s never tasted this good.
