DELIVERY & RETURNS
STANDARD DELIVERY
All packages are delivered via a third-party service. Although it may take a few days to process and package your order, it will only ever be in transit for 24 hours for maximum freshness. We are not held responsible for any delays to this service that may affect the contents of your order.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Through the use of our wholesale fleet, we are able to offer local delivery to some areas of Cornwall.
These areas include TR26, TR27, and TR20.
We strictly cannot make any exceptions to the above postcodes.
CLICK & COLLECT
You may collect your order 2 - 3 days after you’ve placed it, from our St Ives-based warehouse.
Our address is St Ives Food Company, Unit 1, Penbeagle Industrial Estate, St Ives, Cornwall TR26 2JH.
Simply look for the sign.
At our checkout page, you'll be prompted to fill out your email address before proceeding to delivery. Once completed, you'll be able to select our Delivery Fee.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns at this current time.
