St Ives Brewery is located in Hayle just outside of St Ives, but boasts a wonderful cafe and taproom within St Ives’ town centre (which we fully recommend visiting!). St Ives Brewery has been a staple Cornish brand for as long as we can remember with some incredible people driving its upscaled production. Destination is a punchy (8% mind!) Double IPA which is jam packed with tropical fruit flavours and a long lasting citrus finish.
