Porthia Gin is crafted in the heart of St Ives. The Cornish Dry expression is everything you’d expect from a classically distilled gin — notes of juniper, citrus and traditional botanicals. Porthia Dry lends itself closer to the smoother-citrus flavours, pairing nicely with the fact it utilises Cornish spring water during its proofing process. The end result is a clean, crisp and wonderful dry gin to be enjoyed with tonic or in an abundance of cocktails.
