Porthia Gin is crafted in the heart of St Ives. Using their wonderfully crisp Cornish Dry Gin as a base, the Coastal Blush expression pays homage to wild raspberries and strawberries found amongst the Cornish hedgerows. Rather than using artificial flavours like most flavoured gins, Porthia Coastal Blush actually includes real raspberry and strawberry juices during its infusion process. The result is a juicy, semi-sweet pink gin that only becomes more refreshing and balanced when mixed with a premium lemonade or elderflower presse.
