Foundation Coffee Roasters are a St Ives born-and-bred coffee company. If you’ve had a coffee in St Ives, chances are its theirs! Halcyon is one of their house blends (and our personal favourite!), with notes of dark cherries, vanilla, almond, maple syrup and milk chocolate.
